Membership in Ponderosa Shadows Airstream Park for sale.  Ponderosa Shadows is a member owned co-op RV park for Airstream owners, located in Lakeside, AZ.  The park is age restricted to 50+, seasonal from May 1 through Oct 15, and you must own an Airstream to be a member.

This membership gives you exclusive access to Lot 124.  Located at southwest end of the park with wide open views.  Comes with 1989 Airstream Excella 32' trailer with twin rear beds, in good condition.

Lot has 50/30/20 electric service, septic, and water.  Guest connections as well.  10X12 shed with electric and fridge, concrete patio and pad for casita screen room, and raised garden beds.  Park has wifi, laundry, mailboxes, trash, meeting hall with full kitchen, community garden, and a 10 acre recreation/nature area immediately adjacent to this lot.  Annual dues are $1,700 and include everything, even electricity.

This is not a deeded lot but a ownership share of the corporation that owns the entire park.  The lot is yours to do with as you please, but an important distinction.
